Guest guest
Some of that sounds like low blood sugar, just before you quiver all over. BP falls dramatically, like mine can get to 89/55, where I would expect at least 135/85 in a workable state. Regards Re: question for data brain fog Kind of like not getting enough sleep. Guest guest
You can test for IR and I've read can be to do with many endocrine problems. For example : pcos (I know this is womens problem)can be caused by insulin resistance and now they (sime doctors) treat it with metiform, excuse spelling Sent using BlackBerry® from OrangeDate: Sat, 13 Mar 2010 19:01:11 -0000To: <hyperaldosteronism >Subject: Re: question for data brain fog I might have the wrong term here. Guest guest
Diet can help with IR too! Make sure you only eat low GI carbs slow release of energy helps to keep blood sugars balanced.Wholegrain bread, pasta, sweet potatoes, new potatoes, oats, (jackets quite high but protein lowers the gi), low gi fruits etcAlso don't have too many starchy carbs. If you type in PCOS IR DIET in google it will give you diet info. Also, coffee isn't good for blood sugars tea is better. This seems to help me and can easily be followed with dash diet.:)Sent using BlackBerry® from OrangeDate: Sat, 13 Mar 2010 21:24:46 -0000To: <hyperaldosteronism >Subject: Re: question for data brain fog At the time I didn't think what my dr was saying was right.
