This workout moves quickly through each exercise, of course that's how most premix workouts are. Theirs a screen that comes up that says "pause here if necessary" I was trying not to pause, but I did have to a couple of times to set up. This premix does the up pyramid only. We'll see how good my memory is. Here's the breakdown ( I think) Squats/plie squats- 30/35/40 leg press- 25/30/35 chest- 15/18/22 back- 15/18/22 Leg press- 25/30/35 lunges- 25/30/35 shoulders- 3/5/8 dead lifts- 30/35/40 calves triceps- kickbacks- 3/5/8 seated overhead extension- 12/15/20 biceps- 10/12/15 I think that's how it worked out. It was an excellent total body workout. I was nice and sweaty when I was done, but I think a lot of that was trying to hurry and get everything between each exercise.
