Guest guest
Hello there, My name is Melvin Jarvis. I live near Ellsinore, Missouri. I also was diagnosed with CMT in 1998. Most of my concerns that turned me towards seeing a doc before I was diagnosed with CMT was severe leg pain. I am talking so severe that after doc said I had CMT and tried me on many many heavy narcotic pain killers. Like the Lorcet 10/650 to the Duragesic patches, Morphine 30mg ER tablets. I endup graduating to an implanted morphine pump thats implanted in my stumic on the right side the concentrate that is in that is 500MG Per 18ML My pump holds 18ML. I get just a little over 4MG of that a day auto release. I seen many on many of docs and no one seems to know anything about CMT here at all. My little brothers have had the ankle tendon cut and lengthend and pieces removed from there toes. To lengthen other tendons.
