Hi Jen,

Why not switch off between kickbacks and extensions?

Keep the variety going that way!

Unless one move causes pain, then I'd say sub the

other move all the time.

And, congrats on your weight loss this week!

Thanks Donna, I think I will do as many extensions I can with 2lbs then do kickbacks with 3lbs...and see how that works for me.
