I completed a challenge a few years ago, but have since fallen WWAAAYYY off program. I am fast-approaching 40 and would like to take off about 70 pounds. I know I will need to complete a few challenges to acheive my goal, so having a buddy would be great! Guest guest
You don't need to use any EAS products at all unless you're officially entering the challenge, then I think you need a receipt for one product. It could be anything. It doesn't need to be Myoplex. The shakes and bars are really just a convenience and not something that's necessary for a great transformation. If you like them though, any brand or flavor will do. It's kind of hard to suggest one without knowing what it is in the Myoplex that you're allergic to. > hi > i am elisa and i am new to the group. i will begin bfl program on january > 7th for the first time, and have never been good on excersice. Guest guest
Welcome elisa. You can use just plain old food instead of myoplex. They're only there for convenience. An apple and a piece of string cheese or turkey jerky is just as convenient. Guest guest
I believe the EAS family of products is pretty broad, so there are lots of items you could try if you are entering the challenge and need proof of purchase. EAS 100% Whey is good. Also, those Zone bars are now owned by EAS, and they aren't bad either, but of course, not knowing what you're allergic to, I don't know if this is helpful. > > hi > i am elisa and i am new to the group. i will begin bfl program on january > 7th for the first time, and have never been good on excersice.
