I am fighting severe vasospasms and now periodic tachycardia issues. The heart Cath revealed a 20% blockage in the LAD. This is the area of vasospasm. My coronary reserve flow started at 1.1 prior to adenosine but then stayed at 1.1 which I was told should have gone over 2.5. Could this still be considered PA? The cardiologist on emergency last night increased my Imdur and put me back on Coreg. So for my heart and blood pressure I am on Imdur, Cozaar, Coreg CR, Norvasc, baby aspirin, and nitro tabs as needed. I go see him next week to do an evaluation of this new drug regimen. When they took me off the coreg to start diltiazem first then switch to norvasc I was having major tachycardia issues. so that is the scoop for now. Assume you have no GB DISEASE. you do have gAstric paresis I recall. Any GERD? This can cause sx like you arehaving. MRI muc better for LVH. The nitro definitely helps but it takes a lot to get it under control.
