Hi ,

Yes, massage is wonderful. Go for it! It is such a good way for me to

unwind both body and mind, especially if I have some stress going on.

I have been having daily footmassages now for about 2 or 3 months given by my

'significant other', and let me tell you how amazing this is. It has helped my

feet so much, and is so loving when one's partner can do this, and WANTS to do

this - without asking :)
