Sara,

We have found Slippery elm great .Very soothing and relaxing on the

gut.It has been very bebficial to Katy.I give 1/2 cap with each meal.

I have taken it myself and have also found it soothing .

I

have asthma and Remis has IBS and Tom (4) has autism and very bad bowel

problems even after a year and a half of biomed (or 2 ½ yrs if you count gf/cf

so I suppose we should all give it a go.

Katy has an awful gut and has reacted badly to most supplements.She

has however done very well with natural anti

inflammatories.Hopefully Tom will do well on it too.
