Guest guest
I haven't done my pics yet, but I lost 15 lbs., 11 1/2 " and went from a size 16 pants to a size 14 pants. I worked my a-- off, followed the diet, but also didn't feel like I was " depriving " myself...because I want this to be a way of life, not just a challenge. I slacked WAY off at the end of week 12 - slept in on Thursday and missed my workout....skipped out on Friday's workout - we were there and decided to sneak out and go get bagels (it was like skipping school - totally worth it), and opted to sleep in today and miss our workout. I can't leave the last 3 days of the book blank though, so we'll have to finish them this week, then start the next challenge the week after. We'll take a week off for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I look forward to Cyndi having phenomenal results in Challenge 2!!!! I'll get my body fat checked tomorrow or Monday. I can see a huge change in muscle, so I've got to figure a BF loss will show up even if they are somewhat inaccurate. If it doesn't - expect me to rant and rave even tho I KNOW they are inaccurate!!! Thanks for ya'll s amazing support. I'll send pics this week! Be prepared for this sexy beast, hehehehe. Have a great day! Guest guest
Wow !! Your results are really awesome! Your stomach looks like it is half the size as before. And your legs are so muscular and shapely. Congratulations! Lori > > > > We are done and have began our week off. This is the results. My > DH > > lost 13 pounds.
