I did Tae Bo Live Basic today. I'll be honest, I found a picture of me when I

was doing this workout regularly today, and unless it was broken, I knew I was

keeping it. My abs were impressive back then! I'm not sure I should have done

it while my legs were still fatigued from yesterday, though. They're pretty

sore right now, and I had to cut some of the kicking sets short because it hurt

too much. Next week I'm going to see how much of the advanced I can do. (I

never tried it pre-heart attack, so it'll be uncharted waters for me. But I'm

pretty sure I'm stronger now than I was then, so we'll see.)

Then I tried a ab tape. I can't remember the name, but boy, was

it bad. I'm not even sure it'll go to Goodwill, I can't see inflecting that on

an unsuspecting shopper!

I'm apparently not focused on getting rid of tapes, because on my lunch hour I

went to a thrift shop and scored 3 Kathy tapes and a Fitness Made Simple

DVD. I guess I'm really just making room for more videos! I got Kathy 's

Tone Up, Aerobox Workout, and Timesaver Cardio Fat Burner. The DVD's called 45

Minute Fat Burning Workout with Basedow. They were less than 2 bucks each,

so what the hey.
