Guest guest Posted July 18, 2008 Report Share Posted July 18, 2008 Okay, so I'm starting Cathe's Basic Step this weekend, because I just got my step last week and it's been over a decade since I did this kind of routine. I've worked myself through Tony Horton's P90 level 3-4, so I'd characterize myself as an intermediate exerciser. What would anyone here suggest as a followup to Basic Step from Cathe?
