For now I just bought the GMC brand. If it works even a little I will buy a

better brand. 1000 mg Omega 3, Vitamin E 400 IU.

I am taking 3 Omega 3's , 2 times a day and two E. I read to start

off slow but I figured why go slow I am in a hurry. LOL
