No phone calls in the middle of the night. The mom said she did wonderfully and both girls had a great time together. She's crabby now, they didn't fall asleep until after 11 (though the mom put them to bed earlier) and she woke up on her own at 8 (typical). My dad will be here very soon to give the kids gifts from a trip he just got back from and take us out to dinner. Hopefully she'll be fine for it! Do you have to have a medicine ball and body bar though or can you substitute dumbbells? Guest guest Posted July 30, 2008 Report Share Posted July 30, 2008 when i first got this set, the workouts were real intense and i did them on my daring days. but since doing my virgin challenge(mostly cardio ones at that) i have really built up my cardio endurance so some of them were not as intense just tricky. not saying i didn't break a sweat or stay in my zone(i have to do that 220-age thing since i don't have a heart rate monitor)just not gasping for air like i would with amy or cathe. mindy's workout is tough though b/c its just so much different that most workouts so its going to be a new experience. many times i had to take a break. you will be sore! in the good way of course > > Thanks for the help with this Kassia!
