Hi,

Today I did Voight's "half & half" workout - which I have on two separate DVDs - one DVD contains the 30 min cardio routine, the other contains the 30 min strength routine. I have no idea why they released it this way! Neverthelss, I got a decent workout in. It was super humid this morning so even the moderate cardio had me sweating a lot. It is typical cardio - lots of creative arm combos to keep the HR up while keeping the impact lower. The strength routine was pretty good, mostly basic exercises but with 's "twists" - the flaw of the strength DVD is that it doesn't start off w/ a warm-up, so if you were going to use this DVD for strength w/out first doing the cardio DVD you would need to warm-up properly. I would have liked to add on some stretching, but I was short on time this morning - woke up later and had a lot to do to get ready for work and camp. I plan to do some extra

stretching tonight after DD goes to sleep.

I'm not sure what to do tomorrow - I'm leaning towards some Pilates, though. This has been a good comeback week so far and I hope to get going on some tougher workouts soon. Still have issues w/ flexibility though. I must keep stretching!
