i got these during CIA's freebie VHS giveaway. the routines themselves are very solid particularly the tight back and hips workout. the neck shoulders ones has a good routine but it really doesn't hit those areas as hard as the title may suggest. but overall good routines lots of vinyasa. two workouts in one, first one 30 min the other 60min. they have a modifier and use a block and the modifier uses straps, blocks, and IIRC blankets. but the issue i have is the sound quality. the music isn't relaxing and rather loud and so is her bit of a squeaky voice. usually have to turn the tv down just enough that i can hear the cue, which can be a pain. kassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will Subject: Nolan yoga

hiya! i have one of her dvds... 'yoga wisdom for neck pain and

tight shoulders'

ive done the first workout (36 mins) and it was not advanced. i

liked it... it was a pleasant surprise.. and i recommend it!

there is another, longer and, i assume, more advanced workout on

the dvd, but i havent tried that one yet.
