Guest guest Posted July 19, 2008 Report Share Posted July 19, 2008 I woke up late this morning, but luckily still had enough time to get my whole workout in. I did Cathe's Gym Style Legs. I love this workout,. I think it's perfect. It's an awesome workout for the legs, with great variety and not too many reps. Afterwards I wanted to do some abs so I chose TJ Ab Jam. I like this workout too. I find myself liking it more and more. It flys by as well too. I personally think she works the obliques plenty though in it. I'd prefer some more lower abs..
