I've been into exercise vids for 5 years...and have now discovered netflix- ahh!! I'm so happy, now I can try before I buy. That's a great thing to teach your clients because a lot of people think that a gym is necessary when it is not, and then some may think that they have to be in shape to go to the gym...sort of like that commercial. I have access to a gym, but I never go. I mean if I spend the gas money, I'd rather go hiking in the mtns. What do you think of the hip-hop abs? I've been eyeing it for a while... I wouldn't mind seeing what you have for trade - we have swapped/posted lists here before. It is always fun to get new workouts and deals. I had forgotten about ChaLEAN Extreme, now I have to start saving up for it. I could literally spend hundreds a week on workouts. I've always used them as away to supplement traditional weights and cardio, but I really enjoying trying all kinds of new workouts! Sounds like you'll have lots to add to the group. (I have ties to your state though because a good friend of mine lives near Baltimore and works for the NSA.) My wife and I do exercise DVD's in our basement with emphasis on cardio-kickboxing stuff.
