This is where I am tracking exercise, supplements, meals, calories burned and consumed, measurements and general food ideas. I was hoping I could get some feedback from some of you smart women! In the excel file I have my sedentary caloric burn rate (2100 calories a day - cell A1) and added that to my total burned calories. I then subtract that from my calories consumed and end up with a total for the day. I hope this is correct. I also wanted to say " thanks " for the support I get from this board. Not too long ago I posted a " poor me/can't figure this out/need help " post and the replies were just want I needed. Thank you!
