DH wants me to show him some easy yoga stuff so I might pull out YCFE or YFIP today and do some of that with him after church. And if he chickens out, I might just do some myself anyway! :-) Monday: Ripped! Slim & Lean (first time doing this) Tuesday: The Biggest Loser: Cardio Max (netflix rental, first time doing this) Wednesday: Build Muscle, Shrink Fat (only have done this once a while back) Thursday: Go: Step for Beginners, full workout (haven't done the 2nd one in a loooong time, will try it again now, maybe I'll get the around the world stuff this time?) Friday: Body Ball Toning Workout (Mindy Mylrea) or Gin Tone Trim Tighten Saturday: play... not sure what I'll do yet, maybe that Crunch Latin dance thing I have. This is my day where I choose workouts I don't expect to get a lot out of the first time through and just "play" with them. I think I like the older Biggest Loser dvds a bit better, but should probably do a rotation of them before I can offer too much opinion.
