Hi and a belated welcome...I know you're here, have read

your posts, and am so please you have found to be helpful and

hopeful.

When I saw that study posted this morning, I was intriged by it -

thought it was very interesting about sleep and weight in general. I

am a chronic insominac - I have to work very hard at turning my mind

off at night (and shutting down my body). But when I saw that " If you

manage to get a good night's sleep on a regular basis your chances of

staying slim or becoming slimmer are significantly higher... "

My doctors and I work with me on a sleep regime and getting good

sleep has always benefitted my CMT musculature. (In the past this had

included naps too)

Because we gain weight as we age, I also pay careful attention to

diet and exercise in this triangular approach, and now wish to remain

as slim as I can.
