Guest guest
Wow! You had a busy day Carolyn! My kids have been asking to go for a walk with their bikes. DH explained that it wouldn't be a walk then but they didn't get his humor. We ended up going for a family walk for a short while to a playground near our house. There is a swingset there with two trapeze swings. One was just high enough for me to hang onto while bending my knees so my feet were off the ground and do chin-ups. I tried it a couple of times just for fun, then thought, hmmm.... I wonder how many I actually can do in a row? I was amazed to have been able to do one at all. I managed 2 in a row. Will have to go there more often and keep trying! I like that 4 Fast Miles video too. I don't know if I can give up my older s or not. Some I'm okay with, others... I don't know. I should, I don't use them and when I do I'm always disappointed and I've got some that are great for low intensity/recovery workouts so I don't need all of them (and like you did, I could always do part of a workout and then go to the stretch on the longer ones)... I do need the space though... you've got me thinking about it anyway though.
