Guest guest
sara the 7 days 7 workouts is kind of low budget and cheesy which is why you get so much for the money. mostly its all cardio dance, one short pilates workout that is so-so, the in da house step workout is okay very basic stepping with body weight toning exercises. time to tone is actually pretty good despite looking like somebody filmed it in there finished basement. two folks gal and guy lead a weight workout with supersetting(two workouts per set). its a pretty simple to follow no brainer weight workout that you can go heavier on b/c there is no tempo changes or dreaded pusles LOL. some selections have two workouts in them so you can change up every week. this lady named devora(or d) http://www.wansome.com/ makes up lots of the workouts. la chica dance was hard to follow b/c she cues in english and spanish. its hard enough when the sound quality is bad even harder when you can't understand the cues. devora's dance workouts aren't TOO shabby. pretty modern stuff mostly at a slow pace although IIRC a few of the alternate workouts are pretty fast paced. think after i practice with some other dance workouts i should give these another shot. ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will That 7 days 7 workouts looks like a pretty good deal!
