Guest guest Posted July 6, 2008 Report Share Posted July 6, 2008 i live with somewhat of an enabler. he doesn't always get my plate when he cooks but he likes to bring evil things into the house. i yell at him at times b/c its hard for me to resist thats why i don't bring things like double fudge chocolate cake in the house!! if he does get my plate i usually say double up the veggies and not so much of whatever carb side dish he makes. kassia Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I think I need to go back to eating healthy frozen dinners like I did before....I lost a lot of weight doing that. Then once a week eat a home-cooked meal. Jenps my enabler would get mad if I told her don't bring in those evil things!
