It sounds like you aren't too happy with your workouts these days Carolyn. Maybe you should try making up a rotation or find a rotation, maybe doing one with someone? Going through all your workouts and find the ones you really like the most and making up maybe a 2 week rotation. Yeah, my back is really sore. I worked shoulders (S & H) on Sunday and so on Monday my shoulder blades were sore and then yesterday I did all that back work from 4DS. So today my back is begging me to leave it alone lol Cardio is really difficult for me when I have extremely sore muscles. I'd like to mention that walking for 60 minutes is really something to be proud of. That is SOOOOOO healthy and good for your body. I know someone who just walked every single day and they lost weight 30 lbs. They didn't do any other form of exercise. I also just heard the other day that daily walking will add 10 years to your life.
