Hi,

Well, we got home early and I had some time this evening so I decided to do tomorrow's workout today. I had planned on cardio instead of yoga, but wasn't sure what cardio I wanted to do. I know I wanted it to be a non Cathe and lower intensity since I did that interval workout yesterday.

I sat and went through all my workouts and about ran out of time to even do anything, but I ended up pulling out Great Buns & Thighs Step. I figured it would work since it was a little lower intensity and it combined leg work which I hadn't done in a few days anyway.

It ended up being way TOO easy. I should've added another set of risers, but even though the workout was easy, I was afraid the extra risers would hurt my knees.

This is the only Kathy workout I have and will be the only one I will ever have. lol I'm just that big a fan of hers for some reason... I can't put my finger on what it is, but I have just never taken much of a liking to her.

I 've always enjoyed Great Buns and use to do it all the time, but I'm thinking I've grown out of it. My heart rate was in the lower range the entire time and I only burned a little over 200 calories. Oh well, that didn't hurt me none. I'm just happy I get to take Sunday off. :)))

I hope you all are having a nice weekend. We've had really bad weather and floods. I'm hoping tomorrow is better and we get some sunshine to dry everything out.
