Guest guest
A club step? Wal-mart is probably the cheapest you will find new. You can get free shipping too, Otherwise, if you don't mind used, you can watch e-bay.Darcy I want to buy an exercise step (or whatever you call it), but I don't know what kind is best. I don't want to spend a fortune either. Can anyone suggest one, and where I might buy it? Thanks! -Terri-
Guest guest
wal-mart has the club step for under $30. its just a shorten smaller version of the step most instructors like amy, cathe, mindy, and CIA use. if you are lucky you can find the club step(the bigger version) on ebay or at thrift stores and yard sales. i hit up twice. once at a yard sale and she gave me like 6 risers for $20 and one day at a thrift store i found another club step(no risers) for $6. cathe.com also has a step that comes with videos. they are pricey brand new but if you find a package like that it might be worth it. its how i got my high step.kassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will Subject: Exercise stepper? To: exercisevideos Date: Wednesday, July 9, 2008, 8:41 PMExercise stepper? Guest guest
Okay, I ended up getting The Step F1010W from Amazon for $87. A little more than I wanted to pay, but because I'm an Amazon Prime customer, I got free shipping. I also ordered Cathe's Basic Step + Body Fusion, because I haven't stepped in probably 15 years. Way back when, I used to belong to a club that gave me different products to try out and comment on. One of them was the Reebok Step. I loved it, but idiot me threw it away when we moved. *sigh* Anyway, thanks for the info, guys. I can't wait to start up after I graduate P90. EIGHT more days to go! -Terri- wal-mart has the club step for under $30. its just a shorten smaller version of the step most instructors like amy, cathe, mindy, and CIA use. if you are lucky you can find the club step(the bigger version) on ebay or at thrift stores and yard sales. i hit up twice. once at a yard sale and she gave me like 6 risers for $20 and one day at a thrift store i found another club step(no risers) for $6. cathe.com also has a step that comes with videos. they are pricey brand new but if you find a package like that it might be worth it. its how i got my high step. kassia ldy_solana's domain <http://www.angelfire.com/vamp/ldy_solana/index.html> Scouting for All <http://jtjulian2003.tripod.com/> Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like. -Will

Guest guest
i think it will be worth it. you can even use it as a weight bench for other workouts. many instructors use the club step this way. IIRC then club step does come with basic step/cardio and weights dvd. i may be wrong but its a mix of basic step workout and cardio and weights workout from other dvds. i have read though that the body fusion add-ons alone are worth the dvd!! cardio and weights is a little more intermediate cathe. the choreography isn't that hard but there is a learning curve for those not familiar with stepping or cathe's style but a great workout nonethelesskassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will Subject: Re: Exercise stepper? To: exercisevideos Date: Wednesday, July 9, 2008, 9:25 PMRe: Exercise stepper? Guest guest
Well, I'm committed now, so I'll have to make this work! I appreciate all the feedback from everyone. I'm very excited to start with some new routines. -Teri- ________________________________ From: exercisevideos on behalf of Kassia Sent: Thu 7/10/2008 6:42 AM To: exercisevideos Subject: Re: Exercise stepper? i think it will be worth it. you can even use it as a weight bench for other workouts. many instructors use the club step this way.
