Monday - Cathe's Push Pull, upper body premix (2 sets). I like this workout - I can feel it, and it keeps my heart rate up. Tuesday - 3 walks on the tmill; 15, 15, and 20 minutes each. Today - I'm icing my hips, because I did a short (30 mins), modified version of Cathe's Legs and Glutes, and I probably should not have. I went really shallow on squats and such, and stopped if it really hurt, but now I'm paying for it. I'm glad my doctor's appt is next week. I was going to throw in a short walk on the tmill as well today, but I'll play that by ear, and see how I feel. My legs are fried - argghh. Two or three weeks of no lower body work really takes a toll. (and L and G is a toughie. Maybe next time I'll pick a 10 min workout instead....I got caught up in my calorie burn today, and just kept going) Internal Virus Database is out-of-date. Checked by AVG.
