I have this one and reviewed it a few weeks ago - I actually kind of liked it and was happy it wasn't the same old vinyasa flow - to each her own! LOL! I'm sorry you didn't like it, but hope that you can get a good re-sale price on it! I think Gaiam uses the cardboard cases now b/c they are more "earth friendly". I always thought it was somehow ridiculous about Gaiam including so much filler in their packages and being a new-agey earth company. I'm glad they're using cardboard, actually, since I don't keep my cases 99% of the time, I'd be happy if they sold DVDs in tiny little envelopes like Charlene Prickett does! Take care! Its called Yoga Core Cross Train with Rodney Yee. I was thinking this would be yoga with some abs thrown in the mix, but I didn't get much yoga at all and he didn't stick with any one core exercise to really feel anything there. I found myself up and down constantly. I went from lying to sitting about 15 times. Not so happy with this one. There's a restorative workout on this DVD also. I'll give it a try the next time I'm really sore and see if I like it. If not, it goes in the "sell off" piles. To top it off, it came in a cardboard case, weird. I'm actually surprised it wasn't that good because I've liked all the Rodney Yee workouts I've bought, never wanted to sell any of them, but this one just didn't do it for me. Sorry Rod.
