Well I broke in a Ross purchase from Thursday night. It's Tracey Mallett's 6 Minute Quick Blast Method - Total Body Fat Burner. I did the whole DVD which contains:

Warm Up (5 minutes) - lots of side steps and arm movements to warm up the body

Quick Cardio Lower Body Blast A, B, and C (each segment is comprised of 3 lower body exercises done in three cycles taking 6 minutes total - the first two exercises are done slower and followed by a higher intensity 30 section exercise)

Quick Upper Body Blast A, B, C, and D (each segment used the same 3 exercise 3 cycle format - all 4 segments used the stability ball for each exercise. The first two exercises in section concentrated on weighted arm work such as pec flys, tricips, preacher curls, etc followed by one core strengthening exercise

Quick Abs Blast on the Ball which was six minutes of core work done using the ball. The upper and lower parts of the abs were worked along with the obliques.

Coll Down Stretch (4 minutes) - lots of nice slow yoga and pilates type stretchs.

I really liked this workout. My heart rate really got up there during the three lower body workouts. I also loved how she used the stability ball for the entire upper body and abdominal series. This will also be a great DVD to pull when you don't have much in the way of time. You can do the whole workout like I did for 66 minutes or mix and match sections when time is short. I think this was a great deal for $4.99. I am going to go back to Ross again to see if I can find the companion workout as well.
