Guest guest Posted February 5, 2007 Report Share Posted February 5, 2007 Well, today is the start of week 8 for me. I'm not seeing a ton of difference in my weight yet. I have lost a solid 2 pounds though. Some days I'm down up to 3-1/2 pounds, but then it goes up again. Hmmm... I just realized, my monthly friend is due within the next week - so that could explain the gradual increase over the last several days. Plus, since yesterday was my free day I didn't drink as much water as I should have, had a whole bottle of sparkling juice (blood red orange from Trader Joe's), about 8 Girl Scout Cookies, and chinese food for dinner. I'm looking forward to having my son take new pictures on Sunday morning and seeing if there's any difference in my toning.
