Guest guest
Hello! My name is and I had started BFL last year and was successful on it but due to school, family crisis (the usual) and just being lazy I did not stay on it. I have two kids and I am a full-time paralegal student. I am so very happily divorced for about a year. I am tired of living in this prison of a fat body. My ex-husband and his girlfriend love to make fat jokes about me. It's time to take away the subject of their jokes! LOL Can't wait to get to know everyone!! Guest guest
I've kind of given up on commercial protein bars. I'd rather either make my own or just carry string cheese and fruit, or almonds and raisins. > > Hi, I'm a new member. Guest guest
Why did you give them up? Taste? Price? Nutrition? Do tell! Subject: Re: New member! Guest guest
They don't taste very good and you can't pronounce half the ingredients. The ones that do taste good have as much sugar as a candy bar. Plus, for the 200 calories in a Balance or Zone bar, they don't fill me up very well. For those same 200 calories I can have a whole cup of greek yogurt and a cup of berries, which lasts longer and keeps me full. > > > > Hi, I'm a new member.
