Guest guest
I'm looking for the experiences of women who have had a c-section (or more than one) that are doing BFL. I had one 3 years ago and I think that it's hindering my ab workout. I am 3 weeks into the first challenge (technically 2, because my first week was a " practice " week). When I am doing my crunches or my bent-knee leg raises, I can feel it burn up under my rib cages but I can't feel it much lower...and I will continue to feel it at the ribs for a few days, but nothing develops lower. My hubby has " checked out " my form when I'm doing crunches and says that as far as he knows, it looks right (he works out as well, but not BFL). I have noticed that my belly is pulling in some as there is no longer a bulge between my waistband and my scar (though the scale hasn't budged). I also know that I can " feel it " in all of my other muscle groups. I feel kind of like I'm rambling here, so I'll end now. Please share any tips, pointers, experiences you may have. Thanks!
