all cathe and amy's have free weights. and although they use barbell's you can certainly sub with dumbbells if you don't have a barbell. amy also uses tubing and resistances bands and cathe's newer releases also uses a resistance band(many retailers have them very inexpensive and the band can sub for the tubing as well a very valuable tool). karen voight, kathy smith, tamilee webb and denise austin all use dumbbells in their toning workouts although not as advanced as the suggestions above they can be very tough in their own right.also the strendurance workout uses dumbbells for their total body workouts. i traded this workout b/c its mostly used for a rotation deal and i just couldn't do the rotation. i was bored and burned out by the end but they are decent total body workouts and they are no longer then 35 min. jari love is also an

option subbing the barbell for dumbbells and doing high rep weight work. some are one body part at a time and a two of her videos she does multi-muscle exercises for more of a calorie burn and core focus. but myself being biased i will always pick cathe and amy overall. kassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will Subject: Free weight DVDs?To: exercisevideos Date: Thursday, July 3, 2008, 8:21 AMFree weight DVDs?

I was considering continuing with the Sculpt section of the P90 routine when I finish the program, but I'm considering other exercise DVDs, too. Just so I don't get bored.

Can anyone recommend any good exercise DVDs that are free-weight based?

Thanks.

All of Joyce Vedral's workout dvds use free weights. And she does super setting with the weights. JenFrom: Terri <handtoptonline (DOT) net>Subject: Free weight DVDs?To: exercisevideos@ yahoogroups. comDate: Thursday, July 3, 2008, 8:21 AMFree weight DVDs?
