Guest guest
What do you mean by joining an official challenge? Like the one the BFL website is doing? or.. If you mean something to keep us motivated on this group, I'm in. I just got back from a Hip Hop Dance Aerobics class and I think I shocked the other people. It was my first time going and I kept up with the class ;o) The instructor actually pulled me aside at the end and told me I did a fantastic job! I love throwing people for a loop. They assume that since I am heavy, I am lazy ;o) HAH!!! I just have a SUPER slow metabolism!!! The only thing that kicks it up is exercise and clean eating!!..... I'M MOTIVATED!! WHOOOO HOOOO!! COME ON WEIGH DAY!!! Blessings, Kim Lang New member intro Hi all--I have been hitting and missing with BFL for a couple of years now. Actually, mostly missing. But, I really want to get it right now. HAve had some success this year. Kitchen remodeling has thrown a wrench into my eating habits lately though. Soon to be over! I am tired of being overweight, not able to do all the fun things I want to do! I want to be physically active in cute clothes! I am 47, married, mom of 3 kids and 3 animals, need to lose....I guess...40 pounds. I am wanting to join an official chalenge--anyone doing that? My new mantra is " This I do for Me! " Thanks---judy
Guest guest
That's fun, Kim! Welcome Judy! I was thinking of doing an official BfL challenge for my second challenge beginning in mid-May. > What do you mean by joining an official challenge? Like the one the BFL > website is doing? or.. Guest guest
Hi guys, Just wanted to say hi before I likely go into lurking mode. I am an Herbalist and I also trained in (French school style) aromatherapy. I have been a (very) amateur perfumer... I'm hoping to learn more but I promise to keep (at least most of) my 101 questions to myself. S

Guest guest
> > Hi, My name is Adrienne from NZ. I am a new member to the natural perfumery group. My background is specialising in ambergris (collection, identification and evaluation). While primarily involved with the wholesale trade in the past, we are now venturing into the world of natural perfumery with a focus on all things ocean and ambergris. > > Adrienne Hi Adrienne, What a valuable addition you will make to this group. I think many of us, myself included, have absolutely no idea how to obtain true ambergris. Could you speak to us a bit about the various types of ambergris you have encountered? What was the most lovely ambergris in your opinion - how did it smell? Kindly, Jess Ring Green Ring Botanicals
