Am I on the right track?

Hi everyone, I would appreciate it if you guys can look over this information

and tell me if I am on the right track?

Gender: Female

Age: 40

Height: 5'1 "

Build: medium

Weight: 154

1st meal:

1/2 c. fat free cottage cheese 80 cal/0 fat/450 sodium/8 carbs/12 protein

1/2 c. pineapple bits 35 cal/0 fat/10 sodium/17carbs/0 protein

2nd meal:

string cheese 70 cal/4 fat/180 sodium/1 carb/0 protein

apple--not sure of cal, etc.

3rd meal:

2 slices whole wheat bread 220 cal/4 fat/380 sodium/19 carbs/4 protein

albacore tuna 110 cal/2.5 fat/290 sodium/1 carb/21 protein

spinach leaves 10 cal/ 0 fat/30 sodium/1 carb/ 1 protein

4th meal:

Protein Bar 190cal/5 fat/180 sodium/19 carbs/20 protein

5th meal:

Salad greens 15 cal/0 fat/20 sodium/ 2 carbs/1 protein

1 serving baby carrots 17.5 cal/ 0 fat/22.5 sodium/4.5 carbs/0.5 protein

1 serving mandarine oranges 90 cal/0 fat/10 sodium/22 carbs/0.5 protein

1/2 serving walnuts 100 cal/10 fat/0 sodium/ 2 carbs/2.5 protein

Hickory smoked tuna (2 servings) 160 cal/4 fat/500 sodium/0 carbs/ 28 protein

1 serving Green onions 10 cal/0 fat/5 sodium/2 carbs/0 protein

1 serving light dressing 70cal/6 fat/430 sodium/2 carbs/0 protein

Sixth meal:

Just couldn't do it.

Totals for the day: 1175.5 cal/ 35.5 fat/ 2705.5 sodium/ 100.5 carbs/ 98.5

I think a healthy weight for me would be around 120-125 . I believe I am

supposed to eat around 1200 calories a day. If I am wrong please let me know.
