Guest guest Posted June 16, 2007 Report Share Posted June 16, 2007 I've used it without seeing much difference but I did use the suggested dose of one a day. I used two at the beginning because I didn't read the box but when I did I cut it down to one. I used lactoferrin and it's been suggested here that the apolactoferrin form is preferable. It's also been suggested that I should have been using a higher dose.
