Guest guest Posted April 7, 2008 Report Share Posted April 7, 2008 afternoon all, last night did denise austin's pilates matwork segment two. a fusion of a yoga warm up followed with pilates exercises for 20min. this morning did denise austin's power yoga segment one which is a vinyasa of poses for 20min. just finished with laura's favorite yoga complete for everybody the beginners hips,knees,ankles and feet. EVERYONE who loves stretch type yoga should get this. heck everyone should get this dvd LOL. strendurance tomorrow. haven't picked a warm up for it but i am thinking of trying yoga again. really helps with early morning workouts to loosen up. have a great one kassia Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
