Never mind. We are all different. Seems like your post was revealing that you

are more grounded so I feel your medications are working for you. To me it

sounded liked you were taking this and that and this and that and you're such a

tiny person, well, it just sounded like it was too much.

I'm getting off Cymbalta, taking one 60 mg every other day until what I have

left is gone. I'm not losing weight, in fact, the Fish Oil is down to one 1,000

mg a day and 1 garlic and I feel okay so I'm going to keep those up.

EdN - I'm eating org. oatmeal in am and it does stay with me until about 10:30

and I eat and apple, Lean Cuisines at Lunch and an apple at 3:30 and eat supper

with Husband at 7:00 and that's where I guess I still can pare it down.

I think taking a pill for being depressed over what I know is my situation is

counter productive. I'll just get out of the house and off this computer!!!!

Sunshine is good.

Hi Donna B,

I started to take only 4 days ago Citalopram for the first time , and it will

take 3 to 4 weeks to start work in the body.As I said before I only take natural

stuff, vitamins and minerals to help CMT and always under medical supervision.

Regarding you , Fish Oils and Garlic are very good anti oxidants...also Vit E

and Vit C.

Omega 3s and another group called Omega 6s belong to a family of fats

known as essential fatty acids. The right balance of these two types of fatty

acids is important for the healthy functioning of many parts of the body.

Omega 3 fatty acids are known to help prevent heart disease and they can improve

the condition of some patients with depression. You can find more information at

Google if you want.

The Benefits of Garlic...include: Antioxidant, Hypertension, High

Cholesterol,etc.

You also commented about your weight? Have you seeing your doctor about it?

Maybe you should ask him to check your thyroid glands. It is just

though!

Good Luck
