sunday: historic run

tonight i had a pretty good run--about 2.5 miles of podrunner walk/run

intervals. i was running into the wind most of the time:/ decided to

take a different route tonight--past my kids elementary school and the

park bentley house (a historic house). my body was not into the run

because i haven't been out for a while but i just kept moving--it was

just a little discomfort and no pain involved. i had my tunes and my

sunglasses:) it was good to get out!! my sister was visiting and i ate

stuff i don't usually eat--pickle flavored pringles (yum), deli potato

salad (double yum and eek--the carbs and fat) and lots of diet soda.

collage came in the mail yesterday and i think there are a few (well--

more than that:) dvd's i want in there.
