hi jen, would you like to do a food journalling challenge with

me? we dont have to count calories, just list all of our food

and drinks each day for a week. i like to also note the time

that i eat or drink. we can report in on how we are doing

throughout the week. maybe if we journal together we will be

able to stick to it for a while, even extending our goal out week

by week. i know that i do eat healthier when i have to write it

down. what do you say? im ready to start on any day.
