Guest guest Posted May 14, 2008 Report Share Posted May 14, 2008 Hi Everyone, I decided to do yoga this morning to break up my week - I also got up about an hour later than normal (wihch is still VERY early - 5:15 as opposed to 4:15!) . I didn't have time to do the full practice on Yoga for Happiness, but I did have the time to do the Magically Hips Practice (55 minutes). I really enjoy this practice - I think put it best - a good combo of strength and stretching for my tightest areas (hips/lower back). I definately feel looser. I also like that Eoin doesn't take himself too seriously and interjects some humor as well as footage of his little dog on a yoga mat! Tomorrow will be cardio! I'm aiming to do the BOSU workout from the CIA Double Cardio DVD. I hope to do a good job with it - my first attempt wasn't bad, so I figure the second attempt will go even better. , what do you think of the Yoga for Happiness Surf Edition?
