Ummm..that cottage cheese with salsa sounds good. Do you use low fat? See I don't want the cottage cheese if it's low fat or fat free. I need a change in menu though. Maybe I'll just buy the one with fat if it's not too high in calories. But I had 1 egg white, 2 pieces of turkey bacon, and one slice of whole wheat bread. Add a drop of stevia liquid (or sweetner of your choice), some flax oil, fruit, and oatmeal. I used frozen bing cherries this morning. Yum. I use blended cottage cheese like I would cream, sour cream, or whipped cream. Just plain blended is great on a baked potato with salsa. Works for me. M.
