Kim,

Yes, when you workout you feel like you are the most powerful person on the

planet. It's such a great feeling!

I KNOW this sounds crazy, but sometimes after a workout I get a little misty

because I am so grateful to have a healthy body which allows me to do anything I

want to do, and acomplish any dream I set my mind to. I have relatives who are

wheelchair bound and I think of them often, espicially after a workout.

So glad to hear how well you are doing Kim, keep it up!

Same thing for me :)

I think friends/family should say, " Let's go for a quick walk and a

chat, " (carrying water bottles of course) rather than " Meet me for

coffee, " where we sit on our fannies.

The bodies were made to move. It makes me feel good everytime.

It's not crazy at all. Two years ago I couldn't walk around the block

(interferon treatment) and now I'm running! And I always think about how far

I've come. During the time I was sick, an uncle and my FIL passed away. My

uncle, through his own abuse of his body. Good health is a gift, and I'm not

going to throw it away. I am thankful for my body, even though I considered it

my enemy for so many years. I get misty too. : )

Best Regards,

beth

I really do think that cardio raises endorphins. I mean I've read it and

heard it but now I'm actually experiencing it. Yesterday, I felt like crap.
