I knew I would be tired after shopping and didn't want to have to do it when I got home, SOOO, I set my alarm for 4:00 and got one in! I was about falling asleep while warming up though..LOL.. I was so tired. Kaysar slept horrible last night, but I can be a bit determined when I want to be, and I wanted it DONE. Anyway, I did Cathe's 4DS bootcamp w/ biceps and triceps. I enjoyed the workout a lot. I like the drills she does. I like them better since they are low impact. High impact exercises don't go over the best for me I also woke up to some DOMS in my chest from yesterday's workout.
