Hi,

Since I'm doing yoga as a couple of my workouts this week then I didn't see it necessary to do it in the evenings too. I decided to do some stretching instead. I realized once I started doing the stretches that I was a little bit sore from Kest last night. Not sure I want to use all of his workout this week since they work the muscles so much.

I don't have any pure stretch workouts so I pulled out my Yoga For Happiness and did some stuff from the Full Happiness workout. I used the chapter points and got a nice stretch workout.

This is what I did from the chapter menu...

Sun Salutations (eh)- used this as a warm up

Twist & double pigeon

butterfly wide leg forward bend

turtle

backbends (bow)

supine pigeon

backbends

supine leg stretches

I enjoyed this. I really need to get me an all stretch workout. I use to have Cathe's Stretch Max, but sold it (dummy me)

DH is still not feeling well. He went to work feeling pretty good and then when he got home this morning he was feeling bad again with a slight temp. The weird thing is that his veins in his head are sticking out so bad on the one side. I've never saw this happen before. This didn't start until he got sick. The doctor gave him some pretty strong antibiotics so I'm hoping they start working for him. If not, we'll be calling to have him seen.
