I could not see your post Donna, I have been looking everywhere and could find it. Donna, I do know how awful it is when this happen, did happen to me in Brazil two monts ago, and it was a very bad one. I did cried because of the fear , I got shaking inside afterwards and slowly I stood up...My hips did hurt and I got blue and purple around my legs... It is funny how everyone is different regarding falling down. My dearest mother used to laughing after falling down always. She used to feel or think it was very funny, and used to say, " No problem ...I just have to get up and carrying on again " ... oh, boy, I wish I could be just like her! I used to feel awful just by seeing her falling down, many times I used to cry...imagine it? She used to say to me " why are you crying darling? can you see ? I am fine... I am ok ...what is wrong with you? " My heart used to bit very fast, it was just like if I did fall down myself , and not her... So, I really hope your fall was not those bad ones Donna. Arnica can be always good for that too. Take Easy now...sooner you will be fine again! I send you all my best wishes always!
