Today I went to the gym and hurt myself, I could hear a click inside my left arm, in the middle, and now I can not do much at home, I can not bend my left arm now! It was a very bad moviment while I was trying to stand up from one of those machines. I put medicine made from herbs and I will need to wait untill tomorrow because it is 11:30pm here in London.
