Guest guest
i am telling you amy brings some creativity to these workouts of hers while keeping herself happy with workouts she wants to do. while she is in it for her customers she really makes the workouts she WANTS to make and every one seems to be different. don't know how long that will last LOL but for now i am waiting for more info on planned videos. with the response on the forums she may mix the walking one sooner in her planned releases instead of late fall. i am also interested in strength dynamics and the 2nd abs and stretch. which jen from advancedworkouts.com will be in!!!kassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will > nope it was a yet released magazine workout she did. oh! thanks kassia, i appreciate you posting the info on how amy wants us to boost our walking intensity. good ideas!:*carolyn.------------------------------------
