Guest guest Posted June 7, 2008 Report Share Posted June 7, 2008 Hi, I wasn't very motivated this week or mentally ready for a recovery week, so I didn't do very well with it, but at least I got 5 days in. I probably should have done more stretching...... but here it was: Sunday - 10 Min Solution Carb Burner (40 minutes); 10 Min Sol. Yoga (30 min) Monday- Moreno's Yoga Dance Fusion (50 min) Tuesday - Moreno's Kickbox Core Train (or Core Train Kickbox??) (70-80 min) Wed - Crunch/Sara Ivanhoe - Joy of Yoga (40 min) Thurs - 7 Day Solution (cardio) Dozois/ York, Shape Toning Abs workout ( Wheeler), and some sort of stretch that I can't remember right now.. Friday - Rest Sat - Rest so far (but housework max is also on the agenda) Tomorrow I start Slo Mo w/ Amy Bento! I'm going to do this first week as "splits" but likely I'll play around with the premixes quite a bit this month. I'll atlernate strength and cardio and squeeze in extra flexibility sessions.
