My first week of P90

I just finished my first week of P90. I'm liking the routines and the exercise, but after the first 6 days, I've put on 4 pounds of muscle. Four pounds!!! My waist is tighter and my arms are showing a little definition already (my FIL noticed it yesterday), but... Four pounds!!!

If I keep this up at a regular pace, I can see how it'll help me. I haven't done an organized workout that combined cardio with weights in ages. But I'm already missing the Pilates. I like that there are stretches in P90 that are similar to Pilates, like Warrior, and I try to use my core when I do P90, but the pace for the stretching and abs is quicker than I'm used to. So I've been doing it how I know - with attention to my core and attention to form. As a result, I'm doing 1 or 2 less repetitions than the video but that's okay for me.

Still, I feel invigorated and I feel good! For those of you who did P90, do you have any advice to share or tips to keep in mind?
